Hardly Hobos...

Believe it or not, these two hobos are taking the plunge into home ownership! Within a week of arriving in Richmond, we have found a house and made an offer. Our offer was accepted and both the home inspection and survey were completed. Yesterday we signed early possession papers and will be moving next Wednesday, June 5th. Thankfully for us, the owner (who also happens to be our realtor, weird we know!) understands our time crunch and is willing to let us get in early. Our closing date will around the first of July.

We have also decided that it is no longer ideal to borrow or rent a car during our summer visits home, especially now that we will have kayaks...so we also bought a vehicle! Crazy, we know! We found a used Hyundai Santa Fe, which is perfect for our needs. In the near future I will post a photo, but for now you will just have to be satisfied with house pictures. Here they are:

    What a cute and cozy place! And, nice countertops in the kitchen too. Looks great! I would love to bring Ben and Cooper for a visit sometime.
