We usually try to do a bit of family cooking on the weekends. So last Sunday when we were in the mood for some baked breakfast, we scoured the cupboards only to find we had very few ingredients to make our normal oatmeal fruit muffins. So, instead we tried something new...chocolate muffins. As you can imagine, they were delicious. It was pretty much like having birthday cake for breakfast. And anyone who has spent time around our two children knows just how much they love cake! We only made a half batch and they disappeared as soon as they cooled. Try the recipe and see just how yummy they were! Although, you may want to consider making them for dessert instead of your morning meal!
